1. Using ARQUIWALK
You may use ARQUIWALK for personal exploration, cultural learning and route planning. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, manipulate votes, spam the Community or use automated access in a way that harms availability or violates third-party rights.
2. Accounts
The route guide remains usable without an account. Social registration in v5.26 is for users who confirm they are 18 or older. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for material posted through your account. No default passwords are issued.
3. Community contributions
You retain ownership of original content you submit. By publishing it, you grant ARQUIWALK a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence limited to hosting, displaying, formatting, translating when authorised, moderating and technically distributing that contribution as part of the service. You must hold the rights needed to submit material. Available controls let authors edit or delete their own posts and comments.
4. Moderation
Content can be reported and reviewed. ARQUIWALK may hide/remove content or restrict access where reasonably necessary for safety, rights protection, spam control or rule enforcement. Moderation actions are logged and an appeal mechanism is provided. Automated signals may prioritise review but should not be the sole basis for sensitive decisions.
5. Routes and safety
Route and place information is informational. Streets, access, opening hours, accessibility and construction conditions can change. Check current conditions and obey local rules. ARQUIWALK does not replace professional safety, accessibility, legal or travel advice.
6. AI-assisted information
ARQ Guide is designed to ground answers in ARQUIWALK sources and acknowledge missing evidence, but automated output can still be wrong. Verify important historical, architectural, access or safety claims from the linked source or competent authority.
7. Magazine and AI images
The editorial pipeline requires source material and an individual image before publication. AI-generated editorial illustrations are labelled and must not be presented as documentary evidence. Articles may remain pending where source, image or review requirements are incomplete.
8. Intellectual property
ARQUIWALK's interface, original text and original route compilations may be protected by intellectual-property law. Maps, photographs, source material and linked content can belong to third parties and remain subject to their licences and terms.
9. Availability and external services
Some features depend on Cloudflare, Google or other configured providers. Features that are not configured remain disabled rather than being represented as active. ARQUIWALK may change or suspend functions for maintenance, security or policy reasons.
