1. Contribute real value
Share observations, corrections, route experience, architectural context, sources and original material you have the right to publish. Do not fabricate visits, ratings, historical claims or user activity.
2. Respect people and privacy
No harassment, threats, hateful abuse, doxxing, unwanted personal data or precise private-location sharing. Do not publish another person's contact details or sensitive information without permission and a valid reason.
3. Copyright and sources
Only publish material you are allowed to use. Link to authoritative/original sources when making factual corrections. Rights concerns can be reported through the platform or the contact address.
4. Authentic voting
Do not use multiple accounts, scripts or coordinated manipulation to inflate reactions, route votes or contest results. Reputation is intended to reflect useful, verifiable contributions rather than repetitive activity.
5. Commercial content
Undisclosed advertising, mass promotion, affiliate spam and deceptive links are not permitted in Community contributions. Any future sponsored content must be clearly identified.
6. Age and messaging
Community registration in v5.26 is limited to users who confirm they are 18 or older. There is no open private-messaging system. The public route guide remains available without an account.
7. Reports and appeals
Users can report posts, comments, profiles or articles. Moderators can hide, restore, resolve or dismiss reported content and record a rationale. An appeal mechanism exists for moderation actions. Safety-critical and legally sensitive cases can require additional human review.
8. AI-assisted material
Do not present AI-generated illustrations as documentary photographs. AI-assisted writing should be checked before publication, especially architects, dates, heritage status, opening conditions and accessibility claims.
